AI Policy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable AI Policy Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring developments in the AI policy and standardization space, developing frameworks to ensure compliance with these regulations and standards, and collaborating with our product team to guide platform development from a compliance perspective. This is a full-time role and remote within Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze developments in AI policy, regulations, and standardization.
• Develop and implement frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant AI regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the product team to facilitate the compliance process, providing guidance on regulatory requirements during platform development.
• Stay updated on AI Act, ISO/IEC standards, and oversee the ISO audit process.
• Provide strategic advice on AI policy and compliance to senior management.
• Represent the company in industry forums and standardization bodies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI policy, regulations, and standardization.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO and IEC standards, and the ISO audit process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest developments in AI policy and standardization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Very fluent in English.
• German knowledge is beneficial.
